I also offer a lot of free content on Tiktok, Youtube, Instagram, and on my podcast but some people want more personalized support. You can also have me as a guest on your show if you’re a woman in your 40’s, 50’s, or 60’s navigating change. Finally, I sometimes offer cohort-based courses and when they are available you’ll see them below.
I'm a speaker, actor, writer, dancer, and podcaster who is deeply committed to helping midlife women reframe the fear and old stories about aging so they can get excited about Artful Aging and design life on their own terms.
